ARTTINO - Traditional Industry, New Opportunity
This project aims to promote traditional ceramic craftsmanship by supporting vocational training, Spanish art schools, and occupational education. It also seeks to foster employment in this specialty and preserve European cultural heritage, as exemplified by the company Fajalauza.
BRAIN - BRingin Stem into Active aging
BRAIN is a project whose objective is to train Scientific Researchers to transmit scientific knowledge and skills to Older People, involving them in an active aging process, as well as assuming an active educational role towards their peers and the rest of the population, which will favor their social inclusion.
EQUALITY - New E-Tools to Develop Skills and a Strengthened Culture of Gender Equality within Municipal Administrations
The E-QUALITY project aims to address the need for gender equality in municipalities by creating a new training plan for public bodies and developing an interactive digital platform and guidelines to achieve gender equality.
CRAFTGEN - Virtual e-learning for Adult Education
The project focuses on improving quality of life, promoting cultural diversity, and fostering active citizenship through arts and cultural education. It includes exchanges of experiences between Spain and Poland, using crafts as a means to promote cooperation and mutual respect between generations.
DEAFMEDIA - Media, Reliable Information and Deaf People in Europe 2020
The project aims to promote communication spaces and access to real-time information in sign language, empowering deaf people to play a leading role by translating this information live. It also seeks to offer them employment and development opportunities.
HAPPY GREEN CHILDREN - Alegro & Verde - Recycling Childhood
This project aims to foster environmental awareness in rural communities, emphasizing the importance of respecting nature from childhood. The impact of recycling on adults' daily lives will be measured, and ecological values will be integrated into all activities. Furthermore, teachers, administrators, and families will be educated about climate change and sustainable development, particularly in rural areas, which face significant challenges and are often excluded from important decision-making.
HOME ECOLOGY - Innovative and Home Ecology
This project aims to raise awareness among young people about innovative eco-friendly solutions from various European countries, focusing on the use of common herbs in cooking, cosmetics, and medicine. It highlights the benefits and efficiency of growing fresh herbs, their multiple uses in daily life, and their positive health effects. The project also includes an educational board game, interactive workshops, and urban games to encourage participant engagement.
DEAFSLI - Education and Training of Deaf Sign Language Interpreters
The national associations of deaf people in Croatia and Lithuania represent more than 17,000 deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. Through this project, both organizations aim to positively impact their organizational and educational environments. The project will expand activities that advocate for the rights of deaf people in innovative ways and enhance collaboration with institutions, sign language interpreters, disability rights organizations, and international partners.
IDISI - Integration of Diversity and Social Inclusion
The IDISI project aims to improve the skills of trainers and educators who support adult learners, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds and with lower qualifications. It seeks to promote diversity and social inclusion through specialized training and enhance trainers' digital skills. Furthermore, the project aims to improve the fundamental skills needed to adapt teaching methodologies to the cultural and linguistic diversity of the student body.
ISAAC - International Students' Action for Adapting Cross-Cultural Activities
The project's objective is to create a cooperation network and a support model for international students, along with useful tools to help them adapt to the new environment, in order to strengthen the international character of universities in countries less attractive to students, based on the experience of the more attractive countries.
L20S - Living the 20s
This is the story of Clarita, Conchita, and Klarica. Three young people who share their past experiences to help us understand our present. Following their narratives, multicultural and intergenerational workshops will be created where young people and adults can reflect on and share their experiences of resilience, promote multiculturalism, and foster mutual respect.
LOCAL LEADERSHIP - Local Leadership for European Rural and Small Cities
The project aims to train leaders in social innovation in rural communities to drive sustainable development, engaging local stakeholders and focusing on overcoming the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Four pilot programs will be implemented in different countries to develop tools that help define local policies to address crises and promote a sustainable future.
NATURE AND CULTURAL SPACE - Living Together in a Sustainable World
This project aims to introduce Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) to adult educators. The project will train teachers in new methods for incorporating ESD into their classes. They will learn the importance of ESD and how to address complex issues such as climate change and sustainability. The project seeks to empower teachers to educate their students about living more sustainably.
CI.EC&DG.SKILLS - Circular Economy & Digital Skills
The project aims to integrate virtual and augmented reality into education to boost student engagement, reduce dropout rates, and promote inclusive learning, especially during crises such as pandemics. It also seeks to foster entrepreneurial skills, focusing on circular economy models. Through analysis, collaborative design, and testing, the project will develop a suite of digital tools for schools, improve digital literacy for teachers and students, and establish an intervention model for early school leaving, with an emphasis on innovation and inclusion.
ROOTS - Building and Linking Roots
Through this project, we want young people to gain a deep understanding and appreciation of the diverse cultures of the participating countries, and to grasp the importance of a world where these cultures coexist and influence one another in shaping our current society. They will learn not only historical aspects but also specific elements we have acquired through art: in music (instrumentation and melodies), in dance (movement and character), in poetry (lyrics, rhymes, and words), and so on; all while developing their creativity.
SAFE ONLINE
The main objective of the project is to raise awareness among young people about the dangers of careless internet and social media use. We will explore the problems the average user might encounter, the preventative measures they should take, and, in the worst-case scenario, how to resolve them. We will develop educational materials and activities for young people on digital safety, such as interactive workshops with innovative tools, comics, an escape room, and an urban game. We will also provide youth leaders with the tools they need to work with young people on digital safety.
ENFORSE - English for Senior, Practicing English with Montessori Method
This project aims to empower older adults in Europe by teaching them English using the Montessori method, enabling them to communicate across national borders. The "EnForSe Corners" will facilitate encounters between seniors from different countries, fostering cultural exchange and socialization through English.
SCOOPS - Smart & Cooperative Skills
The project proposal is based on the Commission Communication to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions, «Tackling early school leaving: A key contribution to the Europe 2020 Agenda.» The recent social and public health crisis caused by COVID-19 has had a major global impact, including on education.
SMARTHR - Clowning Entrepreneurs are Smarter
The SMARTHR project, through clowning, is aimed at people who want to be entrepreneurs and think socially. Here they will find support to develop and implement economically viable, socially effective, and ecologically sustainable solutions. We want to empower and connect people who want to take responsibility for society, our planet, and the future, to generate momentum with a lasting impact.
THEATER FOR YOUTH- Theater of Legends - Theater for Youths
The project aims to highlight theater as an educational tool, focusing on diversity and cultural respect through legends from different places. It also promotes inclusion and improves foreign language skills, using English as the common language in workshops and communications.
URBAN IMPRINT - Connecting Universities and Local Governments to Implement Urban Agendas
Urban Imprint aims to build a more sustainable, smart, and resilient future for cities. To achieve this, we seek to connect universities with their surrounding communities, through municipalities, and establish a scientific-political dialogue that contributes to addressing urban challenges, especially in the areas of digital transformation and climate change.

XPANDE
The objective of this program is to support companies in increasing their exports, improving their presence in international markets, advancing in the diversification of target markets and in the sophistication of their exports, strengthening the company and revitalizing the Spanish export sector.
VIRTUAL - Virtual e-learning for Adult Education
Our Virtual e-learning project for adult education (Virtual) has as its main objective the creation of vocational training content in interactive 3D environments in order to: Guarantee accessibility for all people by reducing geographical, socioeconomic and gender differences, create more accessible learning environments, and develop higher quality virtual environments.
SENSED - Sensory Skills Education for Lifelong Learning Competencies
The SensEd project aims to demonstrate the importance of incorporating sensory skills into education (SSE) to improve learning for young people and adults. SSE is key to equipping young people and adults with lifelong learning skills, increasing their motivation, and directly engaging them with the world around them. SSE recognizes that effective learning encompasses multiple dimensions, such as the development of mental health, the improvement of motor and cognitive skills, and the holistic development of individuals.
Xpande Digital
The main objective of this Program is to improve the internationalization processes of SMEs and their ability to operate in global digital environments, through the implementation of International Digital Marketing Action Plans, thus contributing to achieving a sustainable competitive position in the selected market.
PRE 5000
Incentives for carrying out energy rehabilitation actions in existing buildings, whether it be improvement of the thermal envelope, improvement of the thermal installations of heating, air conditioning, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water and lighting installations.
ICT CAMERAS
The objective of this Program is to promote the systematic incorporation of ICTs into the daily activities of SMEs as key competitive tools in their strategy, as well as to maximize the opportunities they offer to improve their productivity and competitiveness.
Attention to citizens in municipal offices
Several municipal projects have been implemented, offering a range of subsidies aimed at improving quality of life and promoting sustainable practices in various sectors. These include grants for the renovation of homes and buildings to increase energy efficiency and universal accessibility. Self-consumption is also encouraged through the installation of renewable energy sources and renewable heating systems, as is the digitalization of businesses and the self-employed. In the area of mobility, the purchase of electric vehicles and the development of charging infrastructure are promoted. Furthermore, aid is offered to offset the additional energy costs for SMEs and the self-employed affected by exceptional increases in energy prices.
ANFP - Analysis of the Training Needs of Human Resources in Administration
Training and related services to develop the digital skills of 30,000 civil servants and to develop the leadership and talent management skills in the context of new technologies and digital transformation of 2,500 senior civil servants.
SUBSIDIES TO BROADEN AND DIVERSIFY THE CULTURAL OFFER
Grants to expand and diversify the cultural offering in non-urban areas of Andalusia through the European Union's Next Generation EU Fund. The objective of these grants is to finance projects and activities aimed at promoting culture in non-urban areas, expanding the cultural offering in rural areas of Andalusia.
We work at Digital UGT
This plan, framed within the EU's Recovery and Resilience Facility, aims to improve employability and modernize the business sector. The General Union of Workers (UGT) and the Ministry of Education are collaborating on digital skills training, with specific courses and a robust regional structure. The project focuses on training workers in digitalization, with specific objectives such as training 8,333 people and ensuring compliance with established legal and quality requirements.
